Covid-19 Update

At Raemoir Garden Centre our priority is the safety of our Customers and Staff.

With all our Online orders you can ask for contact free delivery in the delivery comments box, our current delivery schedule from order is an estimated 5-7 working days. Please be aware that due to restrictions and demand these are subject to change, you will be notified when your order is out for delivery. 

At this time we wont be taking telephone orders, so please you our online store or visit us in-store for latest stock or bespoke orders.

We are delighted to welcome customers back into our store, however initially we will not be opening all our departments, this will be reviewed daily.

Our opening times will be:

Monday to Sunday 10am to 5pm with our Foodhall Fresh Counter open Wednesday to Sunday. Takeaway Service Available on Weekends Only from our Cafe.

The Garden Restaurant is now open and booking is required.

As you enter our Car Park and Store, please take a little time to read our notices, as these outline the safety guidelines we have in place and we would respectively ask you to follow these. These measures are for everyone’s safety.

Please do not visit our store if you or anyone in your household is showing symptoms of Covid-19.

We would kindly ask you to respect Social distancing and only visit our store with one other person from your household and that you do not bring children under 16 into our store.

We have placed hand sanitising dispensers throughout our store, please feel free to use these, especially when entering and leaving our store.

It will take a little longer to serve customers at our tills.  Please be patient, and follow the directions given by our till staff.  They will need time to sanitise the till area after each customer, which may lead to longer than normal wait times.
